SAP to iVend Integration error like "PriceList : <3> not found in iVend" etc

Issue

 A new Test environment is being set up and after that, there are failed records from SAP to iVend with Integration errors like "PriceList : <3> not found in iVend", "Product group : <> not found in iVend" etc.

Resolution

 If integration records are failing with the error like "PriceList : <3> not found in iVend", "Product group : <> not found in iVend" etc

And if a few different items also show similar errors, it means, there is a mapping issue between SAP and iVend which can cause any unforeseen issue in the future as well.

So it is recommended to discard current databases and take fresh backups of the production environment (SAP, CXSIntegration, and HO DB)at the same time (without any time difference) in the business downtime of the customer and restore in the test environment (without changing the name of SAP and CXSIntegration DB).

Note:It is always recommended to set up such a test environment in a standalone system, where a single company will be configured not multiple companies in a single system.
