Environment:
iVend 6.6 and SAP Business One
Problem statement:
SAP to iVend integration Error "System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Error converting data type nvarchar to numeric." for product
Symptoms :
The product created in SAP but stuck in integration monitor with the error "Error converting data type nvarchar to numeric"
Resolution/Work Around:
Example: Fill the UDF field "Frame Size" and "CL Sphere" of product.
Recommendations /Suggestion:
Checkpoints which will help to trace the root cause.
1. Retry the error from SAP and check if any error is captured in the "CXSintegration" on "Application and Services Log" of Event Viewer.
2. If the Event viewer not update than make sure debug mode is enabled in SAP, below artical will help to enable the debug.
3. Check if any UDF is created in the product if yes then data must be properly filled.
