SAP Screen : Retail Tender shows the error “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”
Environment :
iVend 6.6 and SAP B1
Problem Statement:
Getting the error “Object reference not set to an instance of an object” in Retail Tender Screen on SAP while pressing the tab button in retail tender.
Recommendations /Suggestion :
1. Check the error on the Add-on Log file
2. Check if Configuration was changed in the app.config file on the below location
C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\AddOns\CXS\CitiXsys iVend AddOn
Resolution/Work Around :
If Code is commented then un-comment the code and save the file and restart the SAP.
