Problem Statement:
Sale Transaction stuck on Integration Failure Monitor from iVend To SAP Business one with below Message

Resolution/Work Around:
Suggested to check Effective From date in SAP against problematic Tax Code SVN08 .
We can go into the Tax Jurisdiction from Administration->Setup->Financials->Tax->Sales Tax Jurisdictions and change the Effective From date by double clicking on the row number on the Rates - Setup window which we want to change.
