Environment: 

6.6 integrated with SAP 

 

Symptoms: 

Customer was not able to install iVend addon due to error in Addon log file “SAP AG][LIBODBCHDB32 DLL][HDBODBC32] Wrong number of parameters;270 not enough values:”

 

Problem Statement:

At the time of installing iVend Addon on SAP error was coming add-on Failed to update the database.

 

 

Resolution/Work Around:

Analyzed the addon log file and it displayed the error :

Suggested  to open the SAPB1 and remove the field CXSUser as per below screenshot and then check iVend addon
