Sales order created in SAP Business One “For Store” check box is checked, however the same order is stuck in integration failure log between SAP To iVend with below error message.
Go to: Sales - A/R >> Sales Order, Press CTRL +F (Open in Find Mode).
Enter the Source key number Doc Num and press Enter to open the stuck Sales Order.
If the document Item/Service Type mark as “Service Type” document.
Then need to cancel this order and then try to Retry failed records.
