Sales and Purchase Tax Code on Item Master data not updating from SAP To iVend and vice-versa.

Environment:

iVend 6.6 with SAPB1


Problem Statement:

Sales and Purchase Tax Code on Item Master data not updating from SAP To iVend and vice-versa.


Resolution/Work Around:

Please get the latest integration exe from below path and follow the mentioned steps: - 

\\CITI-SERVER9\iVend Hotfix\iVend 6.6\LATEST_INTEGRATION


1. Ensure that the Integration file is deployed in the correct folder. 

Go to the “services.msc” window and select “iVend SBO Integration Service”. Right click and check the exact path of the integration service and make sure the new integration is deployed in that folder.


2. Make sure the “IEPS” checkbox is checked.

If it is NOT checked then it will NOT change SalesTaxCode/PurchaseTaxCode in iVend.
