Sage X3 Ivend Integration Issue-New Products and Delta Inventory from X3 not updating back in Ivend

Problem Reported

Customer created an Item in Sage ERP X3, with product code TESST1( Any product Code ), received some inventory using miscellaneous receipt and it has not updated Ivend after several hours.

Cause

There is a possibility that there are duplicate records for the warehouse at Enterprise. 

Troubleshooting 

Need to check the details of warehouses and find if there are any duplicates.

If you still find duplicates then you need to raise the incident for same to get further assistance from the support team and share this observation on the incident
