Retail POS Machines Facing Slowness During Store Hours
Environment:
iVend 6.5 Update 6 with SAPB1 9.2
Problem statement:
The POS Machines are facing Slowness during Peak/ store Hours
Symptoms:
This can be due to the large database size of the store.
Resolution/Work Around:
Check the database size of the stores and also the version of the SQL being used.
The limit of Express version id 10 GB and Standard version can have more than 10 GB.
So , it is suggested to do the optimization of Store while doing End of Day Process in Store MC.
Or suggest to use iVend Purge Functionality as well. It will help to reduce the Store database because all data would be available in Enterprise MC.
Recommendations/Suggestion:
