Restore the Customer Layout and enable hidden fields

iVend 6.5 Update 6

Problem Statement : 

Restore the Customer Layout and enable hidden fields.

Proposed Solution : 

Users want to restore the default layout for customer screen so we need to remove the customer grid from display profile from retail configuration and save the customer screen as default.

 Steps Need To Perform :

1. Login with iVend Application and go to home page.
2. Go to Retail Configuration > Display Profile and open the screen.
3. Select the record and edit it.
4. Select customer grid and remove the row.
5. Once we remove the customer grid from display profile, all hidden fields will be enabled.
6. Please navigate to Customer screen and verify hidden fields.
