"Require manager approval" button on the POS User menu screen

Problem Statement :
The "Require manager approval" button on the POS User menu screen either disabled or removed from the current position. This is because users often tend to click on this button unintentionally when they want to click on the "start manager override" button. This is because the two buttons are right next to each other.
Symptoms :
Not Applicable
Resolution/Work Around :
It is not possible to disable or remove start manager override/Require manager approval button from UI.
Recommendations /Suggestion :
If there is business requirement , suggest to check with Custom Development team for its feasibility.
