Replication issue with special price list

Environment:  iVend 6.6 8567 

 

Problem statement:   Price changes made on the enterprise were not reflected on the offline POS after replication queue was cleared.

We then changed product description and that was successful, and the price change we made immediately afterwards was successful but not any others after that.

We repeated this process again and found a price change after a description change worked but not on its own.

Symptoms :  NA


Resolution/Work Around:  

We have checked and found company time zone was set 4 our ago. So, we changed enterprise setting Company Time Zone 'SA Eastern Standard Time’ at HO and one store which was "GMT Standard Time".

 

Recommendations /Suggestion:  We suggest you to check process date, Also check the replication query create/update which is generated for replication.
