Reg : POS Layout change - Product Search layout
Environment :
iVend 6.5.6
Problem Description :
Need to remove the below label in POS - product search page.
Scenario :
Client need to remove the highlighted labels from POS.
Solution:
1) Check the POS Log File of iVend.
2) Suggest Client to check if user has rights on iVend MC---> Security Roles (attached to User) > Search Grid & Search Grid Column.
Symptoms :
N/A.
Resolution/Work Around:
We suggest client to check if user has rights on iVend MC ---> Security Roles (Attached to User) --> Search Grid & Search Grid Column ,Changes working fine.
