Records are not moving from HO to Stores(iVend 6.5 Update 6)

Problem: 

Records are not moving from HO to Stores(iVend 6.5 Update 6). However, records from store to HO replicating fine. Or Getting an error "No upgrade license found" in the replication Log file

Troubleshooting Steps: 

  1. Please check the replication log file.               Path: - C:\Program Files (x86)\CitiXsys\iVend Retail\Replication  
  2. In case above mentioned error "No upgrade license found" found. The please open the HO Management Console, choose Administration > IT Administration > License Information and check the Upgrade expiry date.
  3. If the license was expired then please contact CitiXsys Licensing Team "Licenses CitiXsys <licenses@citixsys.com>".
  4. Also, please open CXS License Administration Tool and look for any expired license is still activated or not. If yes, then please note down the key and return it with Rehost option.
  5. After activating the valid license restart the HO server, stop the replication service, clear the Temp and restart the replication service.
  6. Start the HO Management Console using run as admin, login with User 1 and monitor the replication for 30 min to 45 min.
