Problem Statement:-
After the transaction when we are trying to print the receipt it is not printing
Proposed Solution:-
First check where the printing issue is happening only with XML receipt or work PDF also
If a receipt is printing in PDF format check the below points
1.Check the Configure printer on the OPOS tool.
2.Health check the device with a SUCCESSFUL result.
3.Add the Hardware device in Management Console under Administration > Retail Configuration > Hardware Registration
4.Ensure the Logical Device Name in OPOS TOOL is exactly the same name using in iVend.
5.Check the attached device to a Hardware Profile
6.Check the attached the Hardware Profile to the POS
7.Setup and attached the Print profile to the POS and ensured that the Print Profile for the Transaction Receipt is marked as XML.
8.Also check the mapping of print profile in POS
Retail Config > POS > Select POS with Issue > Attach print profile Save. Restart POS
9.Restart the POS and check
