Receipt Invoice is not printing properly
Problem statement
Receipt Invoice Print was cutting from the bottom side of the print paper.
Environment
iVend 6.6 Patch 7989 Erp S4 Hana
Symptoms
When Receipt Invoice printed it was not printing with complete details and the last part of printing details was getting cut.
Reason/Cause
The printing issue was occurred due to incorrect layout and paper size setting in Hardware Printer.
Resolution/Work Around
Printing issue was resolved by making some changes in printer settings.
As per below screen shot, changes has been done in the layout of the printer and paper size setting in Hardware Printer.
Recommendations /Suggestion
For this kind of printing issue need to also check Hardware Printer setting.
