Query about Sale Delivery Transaction

Environment:

iVend 6.6


Product Query:

There is a sale that is generated at store 2 and then a fulfillment plan has been added at Store 1. After that sale transaction delivery is fulfilled at Store 1, And finally sale return transaction has been made of the fulfill sale delivery from store 2.


  1. For the above scenario the iVend system returns the product stock in the store 2 warehouse.

  2. But for customers the correct thing is that product stock should return to the same warehouse where the customer delivery was generated.


Resolution:

For the above scenario it is working as per system design on iVend Retail 6.6. Inventory will get updated on store, from which we make return instead of delivery warehouse/store.


Recommendations /Suggestion:

It is working as per system design.
