Purchase Order Stuck in Integration Monitor not processed from iVend to SAP B1
Environment:
iVend Version 6.5.6
Problem Statement:
Customer has informed that one record in the integration monitor (Purchase Order) stuck not processed from 18-2-2021 and not moving at all from iVend to SAP B1.
Symptoms:
Environment Specific Issue
Resolution/Work Around:
There was one purchase order with line items 6000, created from SAPB1 and got stuck in integration failure. It is recommended to create purchase order with max 250 line items if it is required to be received in iVend . As workaround, purchase order was received in SAPB1 and failure events were ignored in integration failure
