Promotions is uploaded by not applying at POS

Problem statement

We are facing an issue in promotion. When we upload a promotion through template it is not applied on the POS.
Whereas when we create the same promotion manually with the same condition it is working fine on POS.

Environment

iVend Version 6.6 

Symptoms

Promotions is uploaded by not applying at POS.

Resolution/Work Around

The issue is that promotions can be uploaded without UOM and it will upload successfully but it wasn’t applied on POS because of UOM which are not available against the GET & BUY products.
Whereas when we define the promotion manually and select the product in GET & BUY line level UOM will auto come in the UOM field.
So the difference is that when without UOM promotions are uploaded it will not apply on POS because in product UOM are attached.
