6.5 update 5 with SAP B1 Version 9.2

Issue while assigning a loyalty program to a customer. User created a new loyalty plan for a customer but it was not showing in the customer screen

In the Loyalty program setup screen it was found that the Registration Method was selected as 'Loyalty Card' due to which the loyalty program was not showing in the customer screen. After changing the Registration Method from 'Loyalty card' to 'Loyalty Card Attached To Customer Code' loyalty program started showing on Customer Screen and the user was successfully able to assign the loyalty program to the desired customer.
