Resolution/Work Around

Below are the priority Matrix details.

Priority Matrix
Priority	Description
Critical	Entire System Down.
Critical	All POS operations(sales transactions) are down for a store.
High	Some of the POS operations are down for a specific store however store is still able to sell with other POS.
	Compliance impact.
	Customer,Product, Price and quantity are are either not available or are incorrect at POS.
	System performance degradation - If this is there on the whole store.
Moderate	System performance degradation - if the store is able to operate as the issues is not on all POS.
	Intermittant performance degardation will be moderate.
	Inventory mismatch.
	Reconcillation of sales transaction and ERP.
	Loyalty points issue.
Low	Single use impact, Product queries, any other issues which is not covered in Critical, High and medium categories.
