Print Transaction Receipt/Report from management console

Product version:

iVend 6.5 update 6


Problem Statement:

Not able to print transaction receipt/report from  management console.

Proposed Solution:
Need to configure Document print profile in Management Console . Follow below steps to set doc print profile.


Steps if any:

  1. Login to Ivend MC-->Administration > Retail Configuration > Document Print Profile

  2. Click on New--> Enter the ID you want to create-->Enter Description-->Choose Apply For(Security user or Security Role)-->Check Apply for All Users(if you want to give rights to print for all users)

  3. At last you will see the TransactionDetail, Choose Report to print--> Click on Transaction Receipt-->Click on preview(if you want to get the preview)-> Choose Default Printer(If any)--> Click on OK.
