Price update events (source type 1003) from SAP to iVend getting failed with error below:

System FormatException: Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list.

Resolution

This is a known bug of the initial base version of 6.5 Update 6. To fix the issue use any Integration EXE released after Dec 2018 and retry failed records in Integration failure Monitor.
