POS Transaction Register error - Transaction Report not Defined.

Problem statement :-

Getting an error "Transaction Report not Defined."  when trying to print the transaction receipt after doing transaction.

 

Solution:

1.Log into the MC
2.Click on the Administration Tab.
3.Go to Retail Configuration.
4.Scroll down and click on Document Print Profile.
5.Click [F3 New] and fill in the form
6.Then map the Transaction Receipt using the lookup function (….) for the field value "TransactionDetail".
