POS is not allowing to give permissions to modify discounts which created In Business Central.

Symptoms:

POS is not allowing to give permissions to modify discounts which created In Business Central.

Resolution/Work Around

Need to cross check following the below steps:

1. Open Business Central.

2. Search for the customer and navigate to Line discount in Business Central.

3. Open MC and go to inventory and search for the product.

4. Allow the settings in product(Discounts Allowed and Sale Discounts).

5. Open POS and search the customer for whom the discount is allowed.

6. Add the product on POS in which the settings has been allowed as mentioned in step 4.

7. Check the discount is displayed and you can also edit the discount.
