Product version: 6.5 update 6

Problem statement:

While doing the transaction on POS , POS get freezes with error message as shown in the below screenshot

Proposed solution:

1. Try to Shrink the DB and do optimisation.

2. Please try to ping from store to POS and from POS to store to check the connectivity while you face slowness.

Generally, slowness issues occur because of connectivity issues.
