Point of Sale getting Pop up box "This is the first time iVend has run on this machine."

Product version:

iVend 6.5 or iVend 6.6 ( Not version specific)

Problem statement:

When open the  Point of Sale getting Pop up box “This is the first time iVend has run on this  machine.”

Possible Cause:

This issue generally Occurs when a Database from one machine is used in another machine,because Database may store some information of old machine.

Proposed Solution/Workaround:

We Check user are facing the issue on Point of Sale popup Message as below.

Go to Management Console(Store/ HO)
Retail Config -> POS
Select the POS and click onEDIT button Delete the Hardware ID.
Restart the POS once.

Note : Similar issue could be faced at Management console launching as well.
