Period and volume discounts do not appear in pos.

Problem 

It was reported that some products do not show the desired (as configured in SAP) discounts at POS

Cause 

Possible cause is the price update did not integrated correctly to iVend or if integrated correctly , then might not have replicated correctly at store

Troubleshooting 

Need to verify the prices first at Enterprise to confirm if prices integrated from SAP to iVend correctly . Once done then need to check the replication part betwen HO- Store.

Resolution 

If the investigation does reveal that the prices are not integrated to iVend itself and there are the relevant updates are not stuck in integration channel as well then as a troubleshooting step and possible resolution you can once try to update the period and volume discounts in sap for one of the problematic product.

Once update is made its integration event would be triggered. You can trace that event in the integration monitor as well.

Once integration is cleared the check the price in Enterprise.

Once price at Enterprise is updated, a corresponding event of replication would get trigger to store(s) as well. And once the replication is cleared to store , POS should be seeing correct /updated prices
