Password change on iVend Cloud MC.

iVend Cloud  Version 6.6 with SAPB1 9.2

Problem statement:

There is need to change the password of iVend  user.

Symptoms:

There is need to change the password of iVend  user.

Proposed Solution/Workaround:


Follow the below steps to change the password:
1) Login into iVend Cloud Enterprise with user id "Sysadmin"
2) Login into iVend Enterprise with user id "Sysadmin"
3) Go to iVend MC--> Security User--> Select the user --> Change the password --> click ok.
4) Now logout from iVend Enterprise MC and re-login with iVend Cloud with this user & its new password.

Recommendations /Suggestion:

Suggested to use Sysadmin user id to follow above steps.
