OPOS Printer Receipt Not printing After The Patch Update

Product Version :

 iVend 6.6  

Problem Statement : 

OPOS Printer Receipt not printing after the Patch Update.

Proposed Solution : 

User has informed earlier that not able to print OPOS printer receipt also tested to other store and it has the same issue.

 Steps Need To Perform :

  1. Verify that print profile is XML for Offline POS.

  2. Verify OPOS Printer health check and done successfully.

  1. Verify OPOS Printer Connection and connected well.

  2. Verify that mapped OPOS printer in receipt printer and saved with hardware profile.

  3. Verify Hardware Registration was configured well and looks fine.

  4. Run as admin for OposCCOs-1_11_000 from common folder path from CitiXsys folder and done successfully.

  5. Restarted the POS again, searched the transaction and found OPOS printing is happening successfully.

  1. Now OPOS Printer printing the receipt and working fine.
