6.5 Update 6
One stock transfer (Inventory Transfer) did not sync in iVend which was marked for the store.
Below are the check-points to troubleshoot such issues:
1) Stock transfer was created in SAP and marked for the store (see below screenshot for the same), however, did not reach to iVend:
2) This Stock transfer was not in the Integration monitor, neither as failed nor as un-processed.
3) This Stock transfer was not in CXSINTEGRATION DB (RepIntegrationLog table) as well.
4) Retried this Stock transfer by updating the Stock transfer in SAP however this exercise did not trigger any update event for this transfer.
5) We requested to reproduce the case so that we can check and assist further accordingly.
7) Then the customer created a test stock transfer in SAP (marked for store) which synced to the iVend successfully without any issue.
So after the above exercise when the issue did not resurface and we do not have steps to reproduce the issue. So we advised the customer that he should create a new stock transfer in SAP.
