Problem Statement : 

Offline POS is not Listing in Replication dashboard monitor

Symptoms : 

Configuration Issue

Resolution/Work Around :  

Store and Offline POS, iVend version should be same. Install the iVend Installer in Offline POS machine. Now go to store machine and take the backup for this offline pos. Once sql back file created, come to Offline POS  and login it. Need to fill all configuration details and make sure service address should be the store IP Address, now select the backup file and click on save button. Once restore done for Offline POS, login and do the sale transactions. Go to Store machine and verify the replication 

ashboard. Offline POS is displaying successfully and showing with green colour.

Recommendations /Suggestion : 

Store and Offline POS, iVend Version should be same.
