Not able to login the POS

Problem

Not able to login the POS.

Issue Details

The POS is not giving any error, it just keep on returning to the login window every time when we click on login after submitting the correct user ID and pass. 

Solution

Please open HO Management Console. Choose Administration > Human Resources >Employee
Open the problematic user and look for the checkbox Transaction Entry is Checked or not. If not, then kindly checked that box and try.
