Environment:

iVend Version 6.6 With Sage X3

Problem Statement: 

New products were created in Sage X3 but not able to integrate with iVend.

Symptoms:

New products were created in Sage X3 but not able to integrate with iVend.

Resolution/Work Around:

There is a need to check retailinitialization.xml if it is corrupted or not . If the file is corrupted, you need to rebuild the same file and after that records will process.

Recommendations /Suggestion:

Such activities should be done by the Sage X3-iVend Support/Dev team.
