Environment:
iVend Version 6.6 7702
Problem Statement:
Customer is not able to increase and decrease the line item quantity with the help of + and - buttons on the POS screen.
Symptoms:
It is a POS operational issue and it is working with the metropolis layout design. Rather customer faced the issue with a customized POS screen.
Resolution/Work Around:
The event was generating in the version of iVend 6.6 with Patch 7702 and we informed the customer to update the latest patch and apply the POS default screen in the test environment. After applied the suggested changes the problem has been resolved in the test environment.
Recommendations/Suggestion:
It is also suggested disconnect the add-On from the Store and test again after restarting the POS.
