Not able to do refund of the item through quick complete cash

Environment:

iVend 6.6

Problem Statement:

While doing the refund of the item through quick complete cash getting an error message “cannot complete the transaction using quick complete cash : even after" quick complete payment type" check box in retail profile is checked (shown in below screenshot)

Error message (shown in below image )

Proposed solution:

Follow the given Path:-choose Administration >Financial > Payment Type

Check the  payment type “cash “in which make sure that  refundable  filed is marked as check .and restart the POS.

NOTE:- Refundable check box is not one time configuration we can change it according to our Requirement
