Environment:
iVend Version 6.6 7635 with SAPB1 9.2
Problem Statement:
At two of our locations, both POS registers would not print a receipt for large total sales. $370 for one and $500 for another. Both customers paid with a credit card and the customer signature slip would print but no itemized receipt. Restarted iVend on both POS registers and tried to reprint the receipt but it still would not print. To be able to give the customers some type of receipt, had to pull up the POS Transaction Register on the server and screenshot the transactions which created 12 pages of items.

Steps need to be followed :
1) It contains two files : CXS.Hardware.OPOS.Service.Proxy.dll , iVendHardwareService.exe
2) Go to problematic POS machine --> Close the POS--> Open the windows services --> Stop the iVend Hardware services
3) Go to POS machine at path C:\Program Files (x86)\CitiXsys\iVend Retail\HardwareService --> Take the backup of iVendHardwareService.exe and replace with new one
4) Go to POS machine at path C:\Program Files (x86)\CitiXsys\iVend Retail\PointOfSale --> Take the backup of CXS.Hardware.OPOS.Service.Proxy.dlland replace with new one
5) Restart the iVend hardware services on POS machine--> Windows services
6) Open the POS and check the behaviour.
Recommendations /Suggestion : Follow above steps carefully and deploy the fix.
