Modify the maximum characters
Environment:
iVend Version 6.5.6 patch 3
Problem Description:
Client Needs to know that if it is possible to open the characters or modify the maximum characters allowed in the Full Name field, When creating a client?
Scenario:
Customers need to know whether it is possible for the client to open the characters or modify the maximum characters allowed in the Full Name field, When creating a client. In the below screen the highlighted text is defined by Client. They want to know whether it is possible for them to open the characters or modify the maximum characters.
Solution:
1) Check the Field Description on Enterprises MC by pressing Ctrl+F1.It will show the maximum character which we can defined.
Symptoms:
N/A
Resolution/Work Around:
Client checked it and confirmed that it is working fine as per system design.
