Problem Statement:
Configured MPOS is not showing under “Mobile POS Database Backup” window.
Propose Solution:
Please follow below steps:-
1: Login in iVend Management console.
2: Go To: Administration >> Retail Configuration >> POS>> Select MPOS>> Click Edit >>> Click Scan Configuration button.
3: Open iVend MPOS in Mobile/Tab Click on Setup icon.
4: Click on “Scan Configuration” Scan QR Code for configured MPOS in Management Console.
5: MPOS will capture all require detail automatically e.g. Server address & API TOKEN.
6: Click on Register button, make sure “Device is successfully register” should appear.
7: Open Mobile POS Database Backup window in Management Console and browse the MPOS.
