Magento Error: Order Payload pushing to iVend Failure Reason: { "Message": "Till session not found"
Environment:
iVend Version 6.6 with Magento
Error:
Internal alert messages are being received as below:
Order Payload pushing to iVend Failure Reason: { "Message": "Till session not found", "ExceptionType": "CXS.Framework.Core.CXSBusinessException", "Source": "CXS.Retail.DataTransfer", "Description": null }
Resolution:
This error comes when there is any till which is not in Assigned status rather that is in "New" status.
So once customer start using POS (means Till is assigned) then this message should not come again provided the tills are assigned (see below screenshot), means when you get these errors then check the Status of the till (Assigned instead of New) and Start Date column (should have a valid date), below is the screenshot for the same:
