Sometimes it happens that Magento Connector (Integration Service) does not work. There may be many different reasons for this issue. We will discuss here one of the cases which can cause the Magento Connector (Integration Service) to stop.
Magento Connector (Integration Service) is not working hence records are not syncing from iVend to Magento and vice-versa.
When trying to test connection of Magento service from Magento Setting Tab of Magento Integrator Service then an error is occurring “One or more errors occurred”, below is the screenshot for the same:
One of the reasons for such an issue might be with the Magento itself.
--Try to access the Magento Admin page.
-- If it is accessible without any issue means that is fine, else if it throws an error and is not opening the page means, there is an issue with Magento and no issue with iVend.
--So ask the customer to check with a Magento partner what is the issue while accessing the Magento Admin page.
--Once Magento issue will be resolved (means Magento Admin page should be accessible without any error), Integration should also start working and records should start syncing both ways (Magento to iVend and vice versa).
