Loyalty Redeemable Points in POS

Environment : 

iVend 6.6 Patch 7454.

Problem Description : 

Loyalty Redeemable Points in POS.

Scenario : 

Client is using the default configured Loyalty in demo-stack. We used a customer registered as a loyalty to perform transactions in POS to get the Loyalty point. Now, the customer has 60 available points and the customer has a Bronze level . During the transaction, we were not able to redeem the point because the redeemable amount is not showing in the POS.

Solution:

1) Check that for the POS Transaction whether the Loyalty points Redeemable option is enabled or not for the products which are used in POS transactions if it is not enabled then please enable it and then check whether the loyalty points as well as amount is coming for redemption or not.


Symptoms : 

At the time on POS transaction the Redeemable amount is showing 0.

Screen 1:

Customer is having the loyalty amount.

Screen 2:

On POS Transaction the Loyalty amount is coming 0.


Resolution/Work Around: 

Enable the Loyalty points Redeemable option for the products which are used in POS Transactions and then check whether the loyalty amount is coming or not.
