Loyalty Program not shown for loyalty customers those are directly imported in iVend
Environment:
iVend 6.5.6 Patch 2
Problem Statement:
Loyalty Program not shown for loyalty customers which are directly imported in iVend Application.
Proposed Solution:
Export the existing loyalty customer who has a loyalty program and works fine. Prepare the same excel sheet format for loyalty customers that need to be imported.
Steps to be followed:
Select the customer screen and search the loyalty customer who has no loyalty program displayed.
Verify all the loyalty customers who do not have loyalty program displayed.
Select Administration > Application Setup > Export screen and select object type loyalty customer.
Enter the loyalty id and search the record.
Export the record in excel sheet and verify the data.
Open the excel sheet and verify all the columns and keep the same format.
Remove the exported record and enter other loyalty customers that need to be imported.
Please fill the customer details carefully and verify all fields.
Once all the loyalty customer details are added in excel sheet save the file and keep the same format of excel sheet which we have exported earlier.
Select Administration > Application Setup > Import screen and select object type loyalty customer.
Select loyalty customer’s excel sheet path, check the file with header and click on Ok to import the record.
If all the loyalty customers' information is correct then data will be imported successfully.
Please select the Customer screen and search loyalty Customer those imported successfully.
Verify Loyalty Program for the loyalty customer.
