Loyalty Adjustment Journal import is not working

Problem Statement:
In the Loyalty Journal Adjustment, when trying to import an edited excel template file, neither any error was appearing nor any end result.
Resolution:
Apply the latest Patch.
Try to use the import functionality of iVend Management Console and check any error message was appearing or not.
Go to Administration > Application Setup > Import Data.
In case the error message "The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine" was appearing then, please check the below article:-
