Logo not printing on Transaction Receipt

Product Version:

iVend Retail 6.6 7915 SAGE300


Problem Statement:

Logo map in Transaction Receipt IRT, however it is not coming in Transaction Receipt PDF.


Proposed solution/Workaround:

Follow below steps to solve the issue.

  1. Login in iVend Enterprise Machine.

  2. Open Point Of Sale configuration in Management Console and check Print Profile Name

  3. Go to below path:

    Administration >> Retail Configuration >> Print Profile

    Open print Profile in EDIT mode (which is map on POS). and then check if the correct Report ID is mapped with a Transaction Receipt.

  4. If the correct Report ID is not a map then click on Report ID […] lookup button select correct report and map.


  1. Wait for a clear replication event and then restart POS then check.
