Location is not set for Product: XXXXXXXXX
Problem Statement:-
When POS User is trying to sale an assembly product which are marked for delivery from other store, it is giving an error message "Location is not set for Product: XXXXXXXXX". However, for non-assembly item it is working fine.
Environment :
iVend 6.6 7702
Steps :
Below are the steps used by the POS user: -
Open POS.
Transaction mode - sale
Add the assembly item at the POS.
Click on item edit.
Change the delivery warehouse (store).
Click on payment. At this step, the error message is getting prompt.
Solution: -
This is found to be a known product issue in the mentioned patch and a fix for the same will be available in the next coming patch. For any more clarification on this reach out to the support team
