Resolution /workaround :
1) Check if all activated license in CXS License admin tool are correctly activated and compare with iVend Enterpise MC-- >License Information .
2) iVend Enterprise/Store database should contain correct license information in syssysteminformation table
3) iVend Enterprise table cfgtenantinformation should contain correct vendor string/customer id
4) Check the local system setting . For this go to control panel open the setting “clock and region “then region
Path:-Control panel << clock and region <<Region
a) Now check the AM and PM symbol in customize format (refer the attached screenshot)
If the system is different rather than AM ( for morning )and PM )for "Afternoon/Night".) then change the format in to AM and PM and check the result
b) Check the Date range. It should be more than License Expiry date . if license expires on 2050 , End date should be 2075.
c) Check the format : Region screen
d) Check the machine locale
e) Check the date format : Date format should be MM/DD/YY in Display setting on HO MC and as well Store MC
