We have checked that when we initialize the item matrix add-on one popup window appears and ask for license server. We have checked that problem seems to be related to Anti firewall and port related.

SAP Server domain firewall is not allowing SAP client to make good connection of Citixsys License server and resulting user needs to give Server Name every time while logging on to SAP B1 Client. To confirm these change in SQL Server where we have License server tool also installed as that will allow user to use Item matrix and permissions from tool will reach to SAP Client machine.

In order to correct connection issue, we suggest you to contact IT team and ask to add below EXE (approve) in domain server firewall inbound and outbound then restart this SAP Server as well.

Please applying these configurations on your Client machine server asking pop up related issue should be solved. Once this is solved, you will not face connection issue and License issue which you originally submitted.
