Support Technician

Introduction

This certification is designed with the intention to evaluate an individual based on his understanding of the iVend Retail POS software suite. This is required to ensure that he possesses the skillset required and has the in-depth functional understanding of the iVend Retail POS software.

This certification is designed with the Support Technician’s role in mind. The candidate is expected to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the iVend Retail Management Suite of applications and can investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues arising out from the installation, initialisation, configuration and functional usages of the software.
You must understand the interdependencies of the iVend Retail application suite and how each application complements the other in the entire Point of Sale suite.

Some important points to consider

The iVend Support Technician Certification comprises questions. The questions comprise of the type, Multiple Choice and True/False.

The test result are displayed on the screen upon answer submittion. 

The first few attempts are free. However, we reserve the right to charge for multiple unsolicited attempts.

There is a limit of five (5) attempts allowed within any given calendar month. Subsequent attempts will not be scored. 

You must provide a valid email address to unlock the certification examination.
