How to enable and view iVend reports & dashboard in Web Viewer?

Solution:

Follow below steps to Enable reports for Web Viewer-

1.Open HO MC.

2.AdministrationàAuthorizationàSecurity UseràSelect Security UseràPress View(F7)

3.Check mark the option “Allow Dashboard Web Viewer” and press OK.

Follow below steps to View reports in Web Viewer

1.Open below link in the web browser to view the reports and dashboard

http://localhost/iVendReportViewer/Login.aspx

2.In case of any issue in opening above link, follow below steps to open reports in Web Viewer

3.Press Windows buttonàType IISàSelect Internet Information Services (IIS)

4.IIS Manager will now open as below

5.On left hand side of IIS Manager, under Connections, check for iVendReportViewer

6.Right click on iVendReportVieweràManage ApplicationàBrowse

7.Below page will be opened in Web Viewer

8.Enter authorized User ID and password to login for Reports.

Note/Suggestions:

Reports normally takes more time on the first time loading due to the large size of the report controls used in the page and it also depends on the web server response time.
